In the course of his career, he has gained a wealth of experience at well-known companies. With his proven expertise, he has a passion for new ideas and approaches. His most important skill: seeing the world through the eyes of the customer and focusing on their wishes and needs.
Moritz holds a degree in computer science and has worked with joy for many years as a project manager in international industrial plant engineering and construction for notable EPC contractors. As such, he is an expert in project management and project development. In addition, he has spent a large part of his life, privately and professionally, in Africa, which has given him valuable experience navigating complex situations and delivering results despite difficult environments.
Jean-Baptiste is a Swiss army knife, project development, commercial project management and claim management is his home. He is a landlubber navigating safely in all waters. JB not only delivers ideas and plans, but also implements them together with all those involved. This is how impact is achieved. He is currently working on the development of green H2 and battery energy storage system projects.
As part of the project management team, Bogdan is responsible for the scheduling of national and international projects from the concept study through basic and detail design to realization, commissioning and qualification. His main competencies include the interdisciplinary coordination of schedules with the project management of our customers, our partners and contractors and, above all, the identification of scheduling conflicts/risks and the implementation of countermeasures. Collaboration in construction management and expediting are also among his core competencies thanks to his many years of experience on construction sites.
Manuel forms the often neglected interface between Procurement and Engineering. Expediting and quality assurance. He keeps track of deadlines, documents and ensures that a company's goods meet the specified requirements and thus meet the customer's expectations, recognizing and anticipating delays at an early stage. All this in close consultation with team members such as lead engineers, procurement, scheduling and claim management. Thanks to his many years of experience in plant construction, he also helps to find solutions to tricky problems in production processes. Often underestimated, but indispensable.
